Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Leash and Knob?

Leash is a non-lit textile loop made from the end of the rope. Knob is an end handle.

How is the length measured?

Length is given from end to end.

Does it light up while charging, and what happens when I unplug it?

On the charger the device charges, stays switched on and can light up. When you unplug the USB cable, the charging chip restarts and the circuit switches off — turn the device back on with the button.
