Shipping and payment

Sales are being prepared. Product prices, stock and packaging are not yet confirmed, so orders cannot be completed.

Delivery and shipping cost

We are preparing delivery to your address through carriers available via Zaslat. Available services and the final shipping cost are calculated using the destination country and address, packed parcel weight and dimensions, and cart contents. They will be shown at checkout before you place a binding order. If no quote is available, we will not accept the order; a missing rate does not mean free shipping.

The shipping price at checkout includes packaging and handling; there is no separate packaging charge.

Collection points, personal pickup and cash on delivery are not available yet. Delivery outside the EU also depends on battery transport restrictions and customs terms. You can order to the countries for which the checkout offers shipping, and only when a carrier quote exists for the parcel. We deliver to the United Kingdom only for orders whose goods value after discounts (excluding shipping) is above the amount shown at checkout.

Delivery countries

We normally ship to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, France, Spain and Italy, and outside the EU to the USA, the United Kingdom, Australia, Israel and Thailand.

For other countries we handle orders on request. Due to EU and customs restrictions, shipping to these countries is a bit more complicated: at checkout you send your order without payment and we will contact you within a few days. Such a request is not a binding order; a contract is concluded only when we confirm our offer.

Countries the checkout does not offer at all (EU sanctions or places without civilian delivery) are outside our delivery and we do not accept requests for them.

Customs and fees outside the EU

For deliveries outside the European Union, you pay customs duties, import taxes and any carrier fees (for example for customs clearance) on delivery. They are not included in the price of the goods or in the shipping price at checkout. For example, for a delivery to the USA this may be around 50 USD; this is only an indicative example, not a binding figure.

Production and delivery times

Every product is made for you to the configuration you choose. Production usually takes 14 days; then we hand the parcel over to the carrier. Shipping within Europe usually takes about 2 days and to the USA about 5 days; the estimated transit time is also shown with each carrier quote at checkout.

Individual projects requested through the inquiry form (Spaces, Atmospheres, Rental, Living, shows) follow the date agreed in the quotation.

Card payments through Comgate

The planned payment method is online payment with Visa or Mastercard through Comgate. After ordering, you will be redirected to the gateway’s secure page; you do not enter card details on our website and we do not store them. Payments are not active yet.
