Cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. The Luxi Luxi online store uses only its own cookies. We use no advertising or tracking cookies and load no third-party scripts for analytics or advertising. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
1. Cookies we use
All cookies listed below are necessary for the store to work or to remember a choice you made yourself; under Section 89(3) of the Czech Electronic Communications Act they do not require consent. None of them is used for tracking.
ll_cart

- keeps your shopping cart (cart identifier); scripts on the page cannot read it

ll_customer
- Purpose
- keeps you signed in to your customer account (sign-in token); scripts on the page cannot read it

- 24 hours; deleted when you sign out

ll_last_order
- Purpose
- shows the number of the order you have just completed on the confirmation page; scripts on the page cannot read it

ll_payment

- after you place an order, remembers the signed link for paying it, so that we can show the payment status when you return from the payment gateway and you can pay again; contains no personal data and scripts on the page cannot read it

- remembers the region and currency you chose

The store stores nothing else on your device: it does not use the browser's local storage, session storage or similar technologies.
3. Visitor statistics with consent
More detailed statistics (time and scroll depth, product views, additions to the cart) are off by default. They are switched on only if you allow them in the consent bar or in the website footer under Visitor statistics.
With your consent we send anonymous events to our own server: page views, product views, additions to the cart, and for each page visit one summary value (how long the page was visible and how far you scrolled). We use no cookie or visitor identifier for this and do not store your IP address, page addresses with parameters or form contents. Individual events are deleted after 30 days; only anonymous daily and monthly counts are kept long term.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we do not show the consent bar and statistics stay off unless you switch them on in the footer yourself.
4. How to change your consent
You can withdraw or give consent to statistics at any time in the website footer under Visitor statistics. Withdrawal stops collection immediately and discards any unsent events.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Without the necessary cookies, the cart and sign-in may not work.
5. Third-party services
When you pay, we redirect you to the Comgate payment gateway. Its pages are governed by the cookie and privacy policies of Comgate a.s.
