Terms and conditions
Version: draft 0.1 of 16 October 2026 · Effective date to be set by Luxi Luxi upon approval
Draft pending legal review. Luxi Luxi will approve the binding version before the store launches.
These terms and conditions govern purchases of goods in the Luxi Luxi online store. Please read them before placing an order. They apply together with Returns and complaints, Privacy policy and Cookies.
1. Seller
The seller and operator of the online store is Luxi Luxi s.r.o., with its registered office at Školská 660/3, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 23774321, Tax ID (DIČ) CZ23774321, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 432736 (the “seller”, “we” or “us”).
For orders, questions, withdrawal, complaints and other concerns, write to info@luxiluxi.com or call +420 733 106 768. Our postal address is our registered office. We receive returned goods and goods under complaint at a different address: Jakub Burian LuxiLuxi, Křemencova 186/7, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic.
Compliance with consumer protection rules is supervised by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.gov.cz); data protection by the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
2. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to purchase contracts concluded through the Luxi Luxi online store between the seller and the buyer (the “customer” or “you”).
A consumer is any person buying outside the scope of their business or profession. Provisions on consumer rights apply to consumers only.
If you buy as a business (for example, stating a company ID), provisions intended exclusively for consumers, in particular the 14-day right of withdrawal, do not apply to you; the relationship is governed by the Czech Civil Code.
Requests for individual services and projects (Rental, Spaces, Atmospheres, Living, custom shows and products) sent through the inquiry form are not orders of goods. Terms of such cooperation are agreed individually.
An order on request from the checkout (countries we do not normally deliver to, see Shipping and delivery) is not a binding order either. A contract is concluded only when we confirm our offer.
Any provisions of the purchase contract that differ from these terms take precedence.
3. Goods and prices
For each product we state its main characteristics and price and, where relevant, compatibility and safety information. Photos are illustrative; colours may vary depending on your display.
We are not VAT registered. Prices shown are final. The shipping price is calculated at checkout based on the chosen carrier, delivery address and cart contents. Before placing the order you always see the total price including shipping.
Prices are shown in the currency of the selected region. We do not personalise prices based on automated decision-making.
For deliveries outside the European Union, you pay customs duties, import taxes and any carrier fees (for example for customs clearance) on delivery. They are not included in the price of the goods or in the shipping price at checkout. We do not collect these amounts or pay them on your behalf. They are set by the rules of the destination country and the carrier's price list; the carrier may collect them when handing over the parcel or invoice them afterwards. For example, for a delivery to the USA this may be around 50 USD; this is only an indicative example, not a binding figure.
Offers and prices are valid while displayed in the store. Products marked as unavailable or without a confirmed price cannot be ordered.
5. Customer account
An account is not required; you can also order without registering.
You create an account by verifying your email address with a one-time six-digit code that we send by email. The code is valid for 10 minutes and can be used only once. You can set a password later; it is optional, and you can always sign in with a code from your email instead.
In your account you manage your profile (name, phone, company, company ID, tax ID), delivery and billing addresses, and see your orders. We change the account email address on request.
Keep access to your account safe and do not share your password or codes. If you suspect misuse, let us know immediately.
You can ask us by email to close your account at any time. We may close an account if the customer misuses it or seriously breaches these terms; we will inform you.
6. Payment and invoices
You pay the purchase price including shipping in advance online through the Comgate payment gateway operated by Comgate a.s., Company ID 27924505. The available payment methods (in particular payment card and online bank transfer) are offered by the gateway. We do not offer other payment methods such as cash on delivery.
You enter your card details only on the secure page of the Comgate payment gateway. We neither see nor store them.
The price is paid when the payment is credited. If the payment fails or you cancel it, nothing is charged and the order stays unpaid. You can pay it using the link in the “Order confirmation” email or from your account. We cancel an unpaid order 7 days after it was created, which ends the contract, and let you know by email.
We issue an invoice and send it to you electronically by email. As we are not VAT registered, no VAT is charged on the invoice.
7. Shipping and delivery
We deliver goods to your address via shipping services arranged through Zaslat.cz. Available carriers, the shipping price and the estimated delivery time are shown at checkout after you enter your address.
We deliver to the countries for which the checkout offers shipping. For other countries we handle orders on request: instead of shipping and payment, the checkout lets you send your order without payment and we will contact you within a few days. Such a request is not a binding order and there is nothing to pay; a contract is concluded only when we confirm our offer. Countries the checkout does not offer at all are outside our delivery and we do not accept requests for them.
We deliver to the United Kingdom only for orders whose goods value after discounts (excluding shipping and insurance) is above the amount shown at checkout; this follows from the UK value added tax rules for consignments up to GBP 135. Delivery to pick-up points is not available yet. For deliveries outside the European Union, you pay customs duties, import taxes and any carrier fees on delivery, as described in the Goods and prices section.
We hand over the goods within the delivery period stated for the product or at checkout. If none is stated, we hand them over without undue delay after the contract is concluded and paid, no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. Delivery times stated by carriers are indicative.
The goods are handed over to you when the carrier delivers them to you. Ownership and the risk of damage to the goods pass to you upon receipt.
Please check that the parcel is intact when you receive it. Record any damage with the carrier and let us know. This does not affect your rights in respect of defective goods.
8. Withdrawal from the contract
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The procedure, costs and the model withdrawal form are described in Returns and complaints.
The seller may withdraw from the contract in cases permitted by law, in particular if the goods cannot be delivered or in case of an obvious pricing error. The seller will then refund the payment received without undue delay, no later than within 14 days, using the same payment method.
9. Rights in respect of defective goods
We are liable for defects of the goods as provided by law. You can claim a defect that appears within 24 months of receipt. The scope of your rights and the complaint procedure are described in Returns and complaints.
We provide no quality guarantee beyond the statutory rights unless we expressly state one for a specific product.
10. Personal data
We process personal data as described in the Privacy policy. Cookies are described in Cookies.
11. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution
We handle complaints by email at info@luxiluxi.com and reply without undue delay.
Consumers have the right to out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute arising from a purchase contract. The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, ADR department (coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr), where a request can also be filed through an online form.
Consumers from other European Union countries may also contact the European Consumer Centre in their country.
12. Final provisions
The contract is governed by Czech law. If the buyer is a consumer habitually resident in another country, they do not lose the protection afforded to them by the mandatory provisions of the law of that country.
We may change these terms. A concluded contract is always governed by the version in force when the order was placed. The version and effective date are stated at the top of this page.
